LGBTQ+ surprise proposal + engagement in Denver, Colorado
The future groom and I spent a couple of months planning this heartfelt LGBTQ+ surprise proposal, involving a massive banner, a jukebox, and all of their closest friends. We cried, we laughed, we became instant friends, and as I started editing the session, the horrific event at Club Q transpired. I can’t explain it, but amongst all the grief and trying to make sure our friends are safe, editing this session filled my heart with so much joy and warmth - seeing not only the love the couple share for each other, but the immense support from their friends and community was so healing.
